David Appleton, Consultant
David has specialised in employment law since 1994, and before joining Goodman Tavendale Reid was a Partner in a City of London law firm for 9 years. His previous clients have included significant corporates and multi-nationals, including Dell Computers, The Financial Times, BAA Airports and Levi Strauss.
David’s experience encompasses all aspects of employment law, from advising and drafting employment agreements and policies through to misconduct and performance dismissals, redundancies and restructuring, discrimination, privacy, health and safety, restraint of trade and everything in between! David has extensive experience in defending employment law issues and settling disputes.
David also provides client companies with human resource and employment law related training courses. He has been a guest speaker at a number of major London conferences and has been published internationally.
