We regularly provide advice on all aspects of agri-business including farm sales and purchases, high country tenure reviews, dairy conversions, rural business structures, grazing agreements, share milking agreements and rural lending.
In addition, the team is able to provide advice in relation to all aspects of succession planning and asset protection structures. The team possesses considerable expertise in relation to New Zealand's overseas investment laws and deals regularly with the Overseas Investment Commission.
