Alana Crampton, Associate
Alana joined Goodman Tavendale Reid in 2008 having previously worked as a corporate/commercial and property lawyer at a national law firm for three years and then having also worked for two South Island based law firms. Alana has extensive personal experience in the agribusiness sector.
Alana regularly advises in relation to the acquisition and disposal of both rural and commercial property and businesses, rural and commercial leasing, banking and financing, asset protection including preparation of relationship property agreements and succession planning.
