Andrew Leete, Director
Andrew joined Goodman Tavendale Reid in 2007 after working as a corporate and commercial law specialist at a national law firm for eight years and having also spent two years working in a London City law firm.
Andrew has a broad range of experience in corporate, commercial and securities law and advises a variety of companies and other commercial entities throughout New Zealand.
His practice includes advising on establishing and restructuring companies and other trading entities, acquiring and disposing of companies and commercial undertakings and forming joint ventures. He also advises on banking and finance matters, public offerings of securities, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and obligations under the Listing Rules.
