Christina Percasky, Associate (currently on Parental Leave)
Christina joined Goodman Steven Tavendale Reid in June 2006 after having worked in a specialist law firm in Wellington and a national law firm in Auckland. Christina has extensive experience in a wide range of civil litigation and dispute resolution.
Christina regularly advises in relation to commercial disputes including contractual and tortious claims, insolvency and debt recovery proceedings, property and real estate litigation, leaky building and building/construction law claims. Christina also advises on breaches of fiduciary duties, misuse of confidential information and restraint of trade.
Christina also has a background in defamation, media law and insurance, including advising on liability issues relating to leaky buildings, contractors negligence and policy coverage issues.
