David Goodman, Director
David has been a partner in the corporate and commercial team at Goodman Tavendale Reid since its inception. He regularly advises in relation to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, insolvencies, corporate restructurings and commercial contracts particularly in the technology sector.
David has considerable experience in providing advice on general corporate matters including governance, director's duties, shareholder disputes, and Securities Act compliance. He also acts for a number of irrigation companies in relation to governance, structure, and capital raising matters.
David regularly acts for receivers and liquidators in relation to complex insolvency matters. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and the Canterbury Business Leaders Group and presents seminars to industry groups on company and commercial law.
