Mark Tavendale, Director
Mark has been a partner in the commercial team at Goodman Tavendale Reid since its inception and has particular expertise in the primary sector and agribusiness.
He has significant experience in relation to property and business acquisitions and divestments, project developments and finance, unlisted securities offerings, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.
Mark acts for various developers, agribusiness companies, and private investors. He regularly advises in relation to farm sales and purchases, asset protection structures and succession planning for rural land owners. He also has considerable expertise on New Zealand's overseas investment laws and high country tenure reviews.
