Olivia Sparrow, Associate

Olivia joined Goodman Tavendale Reid in 2008, having previously spent over three years working as a commercial and property solicitor in a large Christchurch based firm.

Olivia works in the corporate and commercial team as an Associate and assists with a broad range of commercial matters including company structures and formations, shareholder agreements, business acquisition and divestment, finance, joint ventures, commercial property and insolvency.
