Rebecca Wolt, Associate
Rebecca joined Goodman Steven Tavendale Reid in 2005 after having worked for an Environment Court Judge for two years.
Her practice includes large development projects including subdivisions, land use consents, provision of legal advice to local authorities on resource management matters and representation at Council and Court hearings, advice and representation for submitters to proposed plans, consent applications and Court appeals.
Rebecca is experienced in drafting resource management documents at both council and court level including submissions, consent applications, Court pleadings and appeals. Rebecca has made numerous appearances in the Environment Court.
